Ocular Films is a Dar es Salaam creative production agency built by a team that came up through hands-on filmmaking — storyboarding, shooting, editing and grading in-house.
That matters because nothing gets handed off and diluted. The person who wrote the treatment is on set. The person who shot it is in the grade. The work that leaves here looks like the work we pitched.
